​​Convenience: We bring the showroom to you in our unique mobile showroom. Customers can view more than 3,000 flooring options. Carpet, Luxury Vinyl Plank, Hardwood, Laminate, tile… we have it all in the van.
Customer Service: Don’t settle for someone that brings you just a handful of selections, of all the same flooring. We provide personalized assistance in choosing styles and materials and allow our customers to see how different options look with their own furniture, lighting, and paint colors.
Professionalism: We value your time, so there is no appointment “window”. When you schedule your complimentary consultation, online or by phone, with your local FCI professional, we arrive ON time, AT the time you set, and are ready to assist you.
Knowledge: Our Design Associates are highly trained on every product we carry, and we spend the time with you to understand how your floor needs to perform for YOU and YOUR family.
Personalization: Our Design Associates take the time to listen to your flooring concerns and vision while taking into consideration you and your family’s needs, preferences, and budgets before presenting your options.
